• Access to any and all current Sales Manager cohort meetings — approximately 80 per year — for ongoing training, support, questions, and learning
• 1:1 coaching calls with Jody on your chosen cadence
• Full access to the online SOSI coaching course, for as long as your membership is active
• A consistent space to keep your coaching rhythm sharp instead of letting it slide once training ends

Quarterly Coaching — $3,000/year
A 1:1 coaching call with Jody every quarter, plus full cohort and course access, to check in, recalibrate, and keep your team's numbers on track. Built for managers who have a solid rhythm and want a regular gut-check.

Monthly Coaching — $6,000/year
A 1:1 coaching call with Jody every month, plus full cohort and course access, for managers who want closer support, faster problem-solving, and more consistent accountability throughout the year.

Both memberships run for one year and renew automatically, so you're never left without support between sessions.
