Jody Seivert
Founder of OneXOne. Creator of Sell It or Schedule It™.

Jody Seivert has spent more than three decades working inside the home furnishings and interior design industry -- on the floor, in management, and for the better part of those years, training the salespeople and managers who make showrooms work.

She started where most of her clients start: learning to sell by doing it, figuring out what worked, and building a process around it. That experience is what makes her training practical. She knows what a real showroom floor looks like on a busy Saturday, what it costs when a salesperson loses a sale they should have won, and what changes when a manager stops reacting and starts leading.

Jody works with salespeople, sales managers, and business owners across retail home furnishings showrooms and trade showrooms serving the interior design industry. Her programs range from self-paced online training to live cohort programs to on-site team training, and her clients include some of the most respected names in the industry.

What separates her work from generic sales training is specificity. She isn't teaching universal sales principles repackaged for a furniture store. She's teaching the exact skills, behaviors, and systems that produce results in this industry -- because it's the only one she's worked in for more than 30 years.

I love what I do. I always have. For the past 30 years, I have loved seeing sales professionals in the home furnishings industry achieve the impossible in all kinds of crises and economies, by overcoming their own internal barriers, beliefs, and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.

I personally have gotten comfortable with being uncomfortable over the years. And speaking about myself is one of those barriers I don’t like to cross, but my desire to do this work is stronger than my reserved side.

As a trainer and coach, I work with those who are uncomfortable as they move through their process. I ask them to look deeper, to acknowledge something that might be blind to them, and to take new actions that are unfamiliar and untested. Sharing my challenges and mistakes so that those I coach can do that, too. So, for me to be an example of discomfort so that someone else can manage their own discomfort…that is motivating to me.

If you are reading this page, you may be wondering what makes me different and why would you consider working with me. What makes me different from others who train and coach sales professionals are self-awareness, commitment to my own ongoing learning and development, and the skill and ability to ask important questions and to listen generously and without judgmentThose elements make me present to the person I am coaching or training - and that is unique.  I help others to learn skills that will improve their sales and grow their business. This provides them with the satisfaction of creating a life that works and results they desire.

Oh, you might want to know that my clients consistently achieve 53% increase in their business within the first 6 months of working together.

How do we do that? We focus on the tangible and measurable results as much as the personal development areas that impact those results.

You can trust me to be my best so that I can help you to reach YOUR goals.
