MAY: Handling Objections with Clarity and Calm

handling objections is just about staying calm and clear. when someone pushes back, they're not rejecting you—they're usually just asking a question or testing the waters. your job is to listen to what's really being said underneath.

the trick is not to get defensive or rush into your pitch again. slow down, repeat back what you heard, and ask clarifying questions. most objections disappear once someone feels actually heard. if it's a real concern, address it directly without fluff. if it's not a fit, that's fine too—better to know now than pretend later.

keep it simple: listen, clarify, respond honestly. that's it. people respect straightforward answers way more than slick rebuttals anyway.
