Your next step: find out your own style

You've seen how DISC works. You can spot the four styles in your customers, and you may already have a guess about your own. Now comes the part that makes it personal.

Knowing about DISC is helpful. Knowing your DISC is what changes how you sell, lead and work with people. Your report shows you your natural strengths, the habits that may be holding you back, and how others tend to experience you. Most people tell me it's the first time they've seen their own behavior laid out so clearly.

Step 1: Choose your assessment

Pick the version that fits your role:

  • DISC for Sales. Written for selling. It covers how you connect with people, ask discovery questions, handle objections and close.
  • DISC for Management and Staff. Focuses on how you get along with others, work on a team and lead.
  • DISC for Executives. Shows your natural behavior in the context of running the business and leading from the top.

Not sure which to choose? Pick the one closest to the job you do most days.

Step 2: Talk it through with me

Your report comes with a guide, so you can read it on your own. But the real value comes when we talk it through.

Once you receive your results, you'll be given a link to schedule a time with me. We'll spend about 35 minutes going through your results together. Here's what that looks like:

  • We look at what stands out in your report, including your strengths and the places where you may be working harder than you need to.
  • We talk about what it means for your next conversation with a customer or your team.
  • You ask questions, and we make it practical for your day-to-day work.

You'll leave with something you can use the next day, not just a report to put in a drawer. I'd encourage you to take this step. It's where the report turns into results.

Thank you for taking the time to read the room. I hope this is just the start.
